Important Details

  • Order Cut Off Orders submitted by 4:00 PM EDT are handled the same business day.
  • Processing Time 0–3 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Estimated Delivery 5–9 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Shipping Fees Shipping is free for all deliveries within the United States.

How We Process Orders
After checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email to confirm we have received your purchase. Processing takes 0–3 business days (Monday to Friday). During high volume periods, processing may take a little longer. As soon as your parcel leaves our facility, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information so you can follow the shipment. You can track your order here.

Once processing is completed, your order is dispatched for delivery. Delivery takes 5–9 business days (Monday to Friday). Timing can vary depending on destination, carrier routing, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Partners
We use established delivery partners to transport orders. Depending on the destination and package requirements, shipments may be carried by UPS, USPS, DHL, or another trusted carrier. Tracking is provided for each shipment so you can check progress from dispatch to delivery. Carrier operations and local conditions may affect transit times.

All orders shipped within the United States are eligible for free delivery, with no minimum spend and no exclusions based on parcel size.

Delays and Missing Deliveries
If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, please allow up to 2 additional business days for potential carrier delays. We recommend checking your tracking link first for the most recent scans and delivery updates. If the package still has not arrived after that extra time, contact us with your order number and we will look into it.

Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as quickly as possible at info@homeoflana.com. In many cases, cancellations are possible before processing or dispatch begins. If the order is already being processed or has shipped, we will not be able to cancel it and you can follow our return process after delivery.

Damaged or Wrong Items
In rare cases, an item may arrive damaged or you may receive the wrong product. If this happens, email us at info@homeoflana.com and include clear photos of the issue, along with photos of the packaging if available. We will review the details and arrange an appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.
