How long will my order take to arrive?

Processing takes 0–3 business days (Monday to Friday). During high volume periods, processing may take a little longer. Delivery takes 5–9 business days (Monday to Friday). Read more information at Shipping Policy.

Can I return or exchange a product?

How do refunds work?

Once your return has been received, the item will be inspected. If it meets the return requirements, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Kindly allow up to 7 days for the refund to be finalised. Restocking fees do not apply.
