Return Window
You may return items within 30 days of receiving them. To start the process, please email us at info@homeoflana.com. Returns are accepted only if the items are unused, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. Returns requested after 30 days from delivery cannot be processed.
How to Return an Item
To start a return, please email us first at info@homeoflana.com and include your order number along with the reason for the return. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted. If your request is approved, we will reply with the steps for sending the item back. Please make sure the product is packed securely so it is protected during transit. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned items, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds are usually processed within 7 days. No restocking fees will be applied.
Exchanges
If you’d like to swap an item for another, just contact us at info@homeoflana.com with the details. We will guide you through the exchange process to ensure you receive the correct item promptly.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as quickly as possible at info@homeoflana.com. In many cases, cancellations are possible before processing or dispatch begins. If the order is already being processed or has shipped, we will not be able to cancel it and you can follow our return process after delivery.
Damaged or Wrong Items
In rare cases, an item may arrive damaged or you may receive the wrong product. If this happens, email us at info@homeoflana.com and include clear photos of the issue, along with photos of the packaging if available. We will review the details and arrange an appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.
